Del Paso Boulevard is on the verge of an urban revival. There exists an undercurrent of art deco buildings here that informed this lively design. Stepped vertical forms and fluid curves highlighted with contemporary colors are its signature. Starbucks occupies part of the building. Construction was completed in early 2007.
