Stockton: The presence of this center returns vitality to this South Stockton neighborhood that is within an economic development zone.
Kuchman Architects collaborated with Whipple Design in development of the design. Lively forms and colors were used to animate the Hispanic heritage in a modern style. Construction was completed in 2003 and 2004.
