Designed to integrate into an existing neighborhood of single-family homes, 8-plex and 12-plex structures were scaled and sited along the four streets that front the property to reflect the scale and setbacks of the homes they face. A landscaped internal pedestrian pathway system links every unit to the large clubhouse and private park. Construction was completed in 1998.
