The design of Terracina at Santa Rosa has been informed by the classic Victorian era residence being restored and converted into a community gathering place at the entrance to the site. Kuchman Architects has teamed with Deering Design and USA Properties Fund to create six affordable communities throughout Northern California. These include Village Crossing in Elk Grove, Terracina Meadows in North Natomas, Terracina Springlake in Woodland, Terracina Santa Rosa, Silverado Creek and Copperstone. Residents began moving in early 2008.
