Two swimming pools at opposite ends of the L-shaped site are linked to a larger central swimming pool, spa and Club amenities by a series of landscaped pedestrian pathways along a man-made brook. One-story apartment structures, storage facilities and tennis courts were purposely sited to buffer single-family development to the south. Buildings were clustered to provide for meandering drive aisles. Construction drawings were completed in 1991.
