Adjacent the Putah Creek greenway with its system of bike trails this very popular student housing project was designed as a series of three-story buildings surrounding courtyard pockets of tuck-under parking. The opposite side of each building fronts on a landscaped pedestrian path system that leads from private dwelling entrances to the oversize pool and spa area. Many of the units have two-story living areas with overlooking study lofts. Construction was completed in 1992.
