Designed to integrate into a neighborhood of single-family homes, an array of eight-unit structures were scaled and sited along the frontage street to reflect the scale and setbacks of the homes they face. A landscaped internal pedestrian pathway system links every unit to the community bike pathways and to the large clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, sports court and children’s pool area. A large heritage oak was preserved in the center of the site. Construction was completed in 2004.
