When the 293-unit Paseo apartment project became over 90% occupied within 7-months of completion the owners decided to proceed with the adjacent Tesoro apartments. A grand auto court bracketed by two-story traditionally styled homes will be punctuated by an 6,551 square-foot community center designed in the Tuscan Revival style. The first units are scheduled for occupancy in late 2009.
