Integration of multi-family housing into a primarily single-family neighborhood is a notoriously difficult process for an architect. To blend into this new community these 80 stacked flats have been designed to appear as attached town home units. Multiple colors, variations in the roof plane, raised stoops, meaningful spaces between buildings and architectural articulation have been blended to create a neighbor that will enhance the community and lend vitality to the street edge.
