Designed in two phases this seniors housing project acts as a buffer between an older single-family residential neighborhood and the playing fields of the Capital Christian Center. Common facilities include two large community rooms, dining hall, on-site commercial kitchen facilities, library and salon. The project was constructed in 1987.
