The Village at Old Foothill Farms is positioned to revitalize a tired stretch of Auburn Blvd. The Sacramento Redevelopment Agency worked together with Tower Development to reclaim this site, engaging Kuchman Architects to create a pedestrian friendly addition to the community. Three 3 and 4-story apartment buildings rise up from a central courtyard, pool and spa area, bocce court and landscaped grounds. Renovated retail facilities on the same site will provide many convenient services to the residents. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2010.
