Vintage Chateau II will become the North McDowell Blvd. face of this project, supplementing the original Vintage Chateau I that was constructed in 1999. Designed for active seniors 55 and older, this project includes shared community facilities and a central courtyard with spa. Other featured amenities include being on a transit stop, easy access to the Lynch Creek walking trail on the northwest, Petaluma Plaza North Shopping Center on the northeast and Lucchesi Park right across the street. Deering Design is the landscape architect. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2010.
