At the intersection of two major midtown thoroughfares this infill luxury and affordable rental housing was designed to blend into an eclectic neighborhood of heritage Victorians, small shops and mid-rise commercial structures. Bifurcated by a mid-level public terrace, two rises of flats would be offered in 400 to 1,000 sq. ft studios, one and two bedroom dwellings served by alley accessed secluded parking under a post-tensioned concrete pedestal. Vrilakas Architects collaborated with Kuchman Architects on this unbuilt project.
