Four Post-industrial Tuscan influenced buildings each with nine two-bedroom loft-style apartments perched atop four one-bedroom flats are arranged in a pinwheel pattern about the compact infill site. Units are accessed through open-air breezeway-balconies that overlook hardscaped courts. Each of the four structures provides a portion of the project services and/or amenities including a leasing office/manager’s office, pool support facilities, fitness room and maintenance space. The project was 97% filled within 4 months of completion in 2007.
